Ghana Jollof Rice

Jollof rice is a popular food enjoyed by Ghanaians, Nigerians, and other West Africans. It can be prepared in several ways; with meat or vegetables. Cooking styles range from simple to difficult depening on how experienced you are. The quickest and easiest method is to cook rice partly and add to sauce. Cover with foil and cook for 10 minutes or less. The most difficult method is adding uncooked rice to the sauce as this requires constantly checking and adding water to ensure rice doesn't burn and is cooked completely.
